Heidtman Steel Products Introduces Quick Ship Program for Customer Orders

Heidtman Steel Products, a leading North American supplier of flat rolled steel products and services, has announced the rollout of its innovative Quick Ship Program (QSP) at the recent AHR Show in Dallas. A long time supplier to the HVAC market, Heidtman understands how fast-paced the industry is and that immediate availability is critical. The Quick Ship Program enables customers to order SMACNA-quality products online in a variety of coating weights and thicknesses, in either coil or sheet form.

Customers need only to visit www.heidtman.com to place an inquiry from Heidtman’s inventory. Once the inquiry is placed, a sales representative will follow up with pricing and assistance with order placement. Leveraging the company’s dedicated fleet of trucks, the program boasts shipped product from Heidtman’s Butler, Ind., facility within 24 hours of the customer’s order.

The ability for them to go online, submit an inquiry for quality sheet metal, and receive it the next day is incredibly efficient," says Chet Clocksin, general sales manager of the Sheet Products Division.
