About This Product
Electrogalvanized steel is produced using an electrolytic process. The steel is submerged in the electrolytic solution. When the solution is electrically charged, the zinc atoms are deposited on the steel sheet (cathode). The electro-galvanizing process does not impact the base metal mechanical properties. It also allows for light and tightly controlled coating thicknesses.
